A new coffee shop, The Coffee Tree, has opened at Orbit Developments’ Tytherington Business Village in Macclesfield.
The business park already boasts a range of amenities, including a Premier Inn, Springwood pub, restaurant, Subway store and Bright Horizons nursery. The Coffee Tree will add further choice for companies at Tytherington Business Village, and surrounding residents.
The Coffee Tree at the business park will be the second outlet for Bollington-based owner, Andrew Massey. The coffee shop will also provide seating areas for informal business meetings, and space to get out of the office and take a break. Andrew said:
I have been looking for the right place to open a second shop for some time and am delighted to be opening in this popular business village.
“I chose Tytherington Business Village as it’s local to me and offers a diverse working environment which I felt needed an alternative coffee shop experience. I hope the Coffee Tree will add something very positive to the current offering to occupiers and residents.
“Orbit have been thoroughly professional in their approach and every question has been dealt with efficiently and with care. Special mention to Benn Dickinson who has been there from the offset, and has been a great sounding board and contact point.”
Orbit Developments, who own Tytherington Business Village, were mindful of finding a trader that fits in with the ethos of the park, which encourages an environment of wellbeing and work life balance. Over the last 12 months, Orbit have offered complimentary yoga and mindfulness classes for businesses at the park, as well as creating an outdoor event space and encouraging wildlife into the area, which also includes walking routes.
Benn Dickinson, Leasing Surveyor at Orbit Developments, commented:
Tytherington Business Village is nestled in 43 acres of mature parkland, so it seems only natural to help create a business environment that compliments this to the benefit of our occupiers.
“We are delighted that workers are taking full advantage of the park and these new initiatives and we welcome Andrew and the Coffee Tree to Tytherington, we wish him every success.”
