The Citation Group acquires healthcare e-learning provider

Wilmslow-based compliance provider, The Citation Group, have announced the acquisition of a specialist e-learning provider as it continues to expand its offer for the healthcare sector.

Careskills Academy, established in 2014, is a leading provider of online learning within the health and care sector, offering 95 CPD accredited and mandatory courses, and was among the first e-learning providers endorsed by Skills for Care

The acquisition further complements The Citation Group’s existing offer for the healthcare sector in recognition of its unique compliance challenges, and follows the 2023 purchase of Quiqsolutions less than six months ago.
