Synergy Recruitment celebrates first milestone

Macclesfield based Synergy Recruitment have reached their first 6 month milestone in business having opened their doors on 8^th October last year.

Synergy Recruitment, specialists in permanent and temporary recruitment of Office and Commercial Staff, recruit for clients’ businesses across Cheshire and South Manchester.

With 20 years of recruitment experience between them, last October Yasmin and Marie finally decided to take the plunge and set up on their own. They have a strong desire to offer a recruitment solution that genuinely puts people at the forefront of their decisions.

Marie said,

“Recruitment for us is about more than matching a CV to a Job Spec, its about matching people with businesses, on a deeper level. Personalities, attitudes and motivations are just as important, if not more so, than skillsets”.

With this in mind, the two ladies have had great success since opening their doors and are proud to say that they’ve had an 85% success rate from jobs taken to jobs filled.

Yasmin said,
