The event had a fantastic turn out with Councillors, Board Members, staff and partners invited to celebrate the official opening of the development, which together comprise 59 properties.
Guests had the chance to have a look around one of the properties.
The development includes a mix of twenty-eight one and two bedroom homes for Affordable Rent and thirty-one two and three bedroom homes for Shared Ownership.
Cllr Wendy Wild, Deputy Leader of Stockport Council, said:
“It’s fantastic to see another great development in Stockport, with 28 properties to rent and 31 properties for shared ownership. This great partnership means that more affordable homes are available for the residents of Stockport.
Thank you to everyone involved– and I hope everyone is extremely happy in there new homes.”
Chair of the Viaduct Housing Partnership board Ken Lee said:
