Local charity, Seashell, have put out a call for expressions of interest ahead of a tender process for catering services at its school near Handforth for young people with complex learning disabilities and specialist communication needs.
The charity is looking for a catering operator to provide services from an existing catering vehicle at the school while it undergoes a major programme of transformation as the charity constructs new, purpose-built school facilities on its campus.
Alongside over 400 staff on the Seashell campus, there is scope to provide catering for 350-plus community users and contractors daily. The agreement will be for a period of one year, although extensions to this agreement will be considered based on performance during the first year.
Expression of interest packs include a list of information that Seashell will require as part of the return, and these packs can be obtained by contacting the charity’s Assistant Facilities Manager, Natasha Parkinson.
Returns should be made to Seashell no later than 4:30pm on 31 August 2021.
