Employment law and HR specialists at Cheshire law firm SAS Daniels LLP will discuss returning to the workplace post COVID-19 in their latest SAS Live breakfast webinar.
Head of the Employment and HR Group, Katie Hodson (pictured) and Associate, Warren Moores will share guidance for North-west employers, business owners, senior management, HR professionals and the self-employed as the UK begins to return to the workplace following further easing of lockdown restrictions on this week.
The free 30-minute discussion takes place on Tuesday 25th May at 10am. The session will cover workplace testing, how to handle objections to returning to the office or following safety protocols, what to consider from a COVID-19 perspective and new ways of working, such as remote and flexible working options. Webinar attendees can submit questions in advance or live to SAS Daniels’ panel.
The SAS Live series launched last year, with this being the sixth in the series. Previous sessions have covered redundancy and changing employment contracts.
Katie Hodson said:
“As more lockdown restrictions are lifted over the next few weeks, many businesses will be planning for their employees to return to the office again. Employers will undoubtedly have lots to consider before opening their doors. The webinar will discuss how to approach a safe return to the workplace, what precautions should be taken, and how to handle an employee objecting to returning or following the safety procedures that have been implemented.”
