SAS Daniels awarded Investors in People Gold

Cheshire law firm, SAS Daniels, has been awarded the prestigious Investors in People Gold accreditation, demonstrating its commitment to building a supportive workplace.

Investors in People (IiP) encourages businesses to value their employees above all else, by assessing organisations against a specific framework to understand how they’re working to support and engage employees.

SAS Daniels, which has four offices across Cheshire including in Macclesfield, was awarded Gold, meaning the business has gone above and beyond IIP’s standard criteria. The firm scored of 773 out of 900 following the IIP assessment: 46 points higher than the average IIP benchmark, and 44 points higher than other law firms.

115 out of 119 employees completed the survey, with the report noting that without exception, everyone interviewed spoke highly of the partners and their line managers.

The main findings of the report include 97% of employees agreeing that there are consistently high levels of trust at all levels of the practice, whilst another 97% think that they are encouraged to take the lead and develop their leadership skills within the workplace.

The staff interviews revealed that there were exceptionally high levels of trust at all levels of the practice and most notably, 96% of the employees surveyed thought that the practice was a great place to work.
