Poynton-based housing association, Johnnie Johnson Housing is among three new tenants at the Eden Point office scheme, near Handforth on the A34.
The scheme’s developers, Bridge Properties, have confirmed that Johnnie Johnson Housing has taken 3,122 sq ft on a 5-year lease and will see Eden Point be the base for its new regional innovation hub. Financial services firm, Lowry Capital has taken 2,330 sq ft on a 5-year lease and Solid Bond Solutions has let 542 sq ft on a 3-year lease.

Prominently situated on the A34, the 38,000 sq ft high-quality office scheme now provides design-led accommodation over four floors and is home to a number of organisations including Entertainment Today, White Rose Sports Ventures, JTRS, NFON, BeClear Orthodontics, Camlee Group, Afin Technologies, Action 365 and The John Greening Partnership.
Speaking about the recent deals, James Dickinson, director at Canning O’Neill, joint agents for the scheme with Williams Sillitoe, commented:
