Cheshire law firm SAS Daniels LLP, with offices in Chester, Congleton, Macclesfield and Stockport, has appointed Stewart Burrows as Partner in the Dispute Resolution team.
Stewart (pictured) joins SAS Daniels having acquired 20 years’ experience working within law firms across the North West. He has acted for individuals, SMEs and larger corporations across a range of civil/commercial litigation issues including contractual disputes, property litigation, contested probate, construction claims, professional negligence, partnership and shareholder disputes, disputed insolvency and intellectual property litigation.
Now based at the firm’s Chester city centre office, the Legal 500 identified Stewart as “an experienced commercial litigator with noted capabilities in high value, complex contract law and shareholder issues”. He was also noted as being “commercially astute, has a pragmatic approach to litigation and a talent for identifying cases at an early stage that have good merits in succeeding”.
Of his new appointment Stewart Burrows said:

Stewart joins an established team in Chester with Ray Woodward and Kathryn Clare, and together, they are able to draw on their extensive experience to help their clients navigate complex legal challenges and find solutions for their businesses or personal disputes.
