
Alderley Edge-based commercial landlords, Orbit Developments, have welcomed Samsung Climate Solutions to their Cavendish House site in Sale, Greater Manchester.
The global brand has taken 4,004 sq ft in Cavendish House that will be a host to a new training and development facility for Samsung Climate Solutions part of Samsung Electronics Air Conditioner Europe B.V. (SEACE). The building has recently been refurbished with the addition of a cosy Garden Room with a coffee and break out area, along with a brand-new Peloton Suite and EV charging stations for sustainable commuting.

Korean tech giant, Samsung, joins existing tenants Thinc and Party Delights in Orbit Development’s Cavendish House, with only a small amount of space remaining.
