Car finance firm, Zuto, is continuing to take on further staff with the announcement of 100 new roles being created across its Macclesfield and Manchester sites.
The firm is benefiting from significant growth in the used car market, and has so far hired over 150 new staff since January 2021, with plans to create a further 100 roles by the end of the year.
The Macclesfield and Manchester based firm has also recruited for 35 graduate sales roles, with the car finance firm planning to continue hiring through the scheme throughout the remainder of 2021.
Andrew Fisher, head of recruitment at Zuto, said:
“The recruitment market in the North West is the most competitive I’ve known it.
“Launching our sales graduate programme has helped us navigate those challenges and continue to grow our team with talented, ambitious individuals.”
The firm has invested in its training department internally to help develop future leaders from within its ranks. Andrew Fisher added:
With over 60% of our management team being promoted within, training and development has always been at the forefront of what we do. Investing even more in this area allows us to be confident in ramping up our graduate programme.”
Now in its 15th year, Zuto was founded in 2006 by James Wilkinson and Ryan Digna, and acts as a marketplace, matching consumers with suitable lenders to purchase used vehicles, either from dealers or private sellers. The firm has accelerated its growth thanks to outside investment in 2019 of £7 million that has allowed the Macclesfield car finance business to invest in its technology and digital customer experience.
