Additional features added to the Mayfield homes include floor and wall tiling to wetrooms and upgraded bathroom fixtures, fitted wardrobes, integrated washing machines and designer radiators.
The Mayfield is a double-fronted five bedroom detached home with detached garage. Its floor layout includes an open-plan kitchen with utility room and dining area, and a family room with bi-folding doors that open out onto the garden to the rear of the property.
