Wilmslow-based health and safety consultancy, The Citation Group, have acquired a Shropshire-based specialist in cloud-based compliance solutions for the care sector.
The deal is The Citation Group’s fifth acquisition in 2023, and its seventh in the last 12 months, which include the recent expansion into North America with its takeover of Canadian HR software provider, HRdownloads.
QuiqSolutions has had an ongoing partnership with the group since 2015, providing its CQC Pro product to Citation’s care sector clients. QuiQSolutions provides tracking and resporting tools to health and social care organisations to allow them prepare reports ahead of CQC inspections and audits, as well as surveys and action plans, with solutions suitable for single-site organisations as well as major players in the sector. The acquisition will improve access to compliance tools for Citation’s more than 2,000 care sector clients.
