
Wilmslow-based compliance specialist, The Citation Group, has announced the acquisition of Canadian HR software firm, Agendrix.
The deal is the group’s third acquisition of the year, further bolstering Citation’s international operations. The move brings Agendrix’s online rota and staff scheduling software into Citation’s product suite, along with over 200,000 users across 6,500 businesses.
Headquartered in Québec, Agendrix’s 55 staff and existing leadership will continue in their roles at The Citation Group following the acquisition. Additionally, new positions will also be created in Canada as a result of the takeover.
