Bellway Homes have launched a bike voucher offer for new homebuyers at their Heatherley Wood development, as more people are choosing to cycle following the coronavirus lockdown.
Bellway Homes have partnered with Rick Green Cycles in Wilmslow, and are giving new homebuyers on the Alderley Park development a £1000 voucher to purchase new bikes for the family. Heatherley Wood is surrounded by 400 acres of picturesque parkland, there are plenty of walking and cycling paths to explore within Alderley Park.
Furthermore, Bellway is offering Stamp Duty paid on these selected plots, up to £56,000, for those who reserve before the end of July 2020 (T&Cs apply).
Lynne Duxbury, sales manager at Bellway, says:
The idyllic location of Heatherley Wood makes it an incredibly popular development and residents really benefit from the vast parkland on their doorstep. The voucher for new bikes from Rick Green Cycles will ensure new residents can also make the most of Alderley Park.
“With Stamp Duty paid on a handful of selected plots too, now is the time to get on your bike and move to Heatherley Wood, taking advantage of up to £56,000 of savings.”
Enquiries for the luxury properties continued during lockdown, and following a reopening of the housing market, Heatherley Wood is now open by appointment only. Bellway has also put in place additional measures to protect the health and wellbeing of both staff and customers.
In addition to the bike voucher offer, there remains a handful of plots at Heatherley Wood still currently under construction which, subject to build stage, allows purchasers to personalise their home as a further incentive to buy.
