Bellway launches Poynton development

Housebuilder Bellway has now launched its Copperfields development on Dickens Lane, Poynton, after much anticipation by local homebuyers.

Bellway has started to welcome visitors – by appointment only – to its new sales and marketing suite at the development. Prospective buyers are learning more about Copperfields and the attractive mix of high quality new build properties that are currently under construction.

The first six homes have been released for sale by the housebuilder, with prices starting from £389,995.

Within the first release there is a mix of three- and four-bedroom properties available, including semi-detached and detached homes, all part of Bellway’s Artisan collection. Two showhomes will follow, with the official opening scheduled for September.
