Alderley Park headquartered tech firm, Lokulus, has announced ambitions growth plans, committing £3 million into the business’ future in the next two years.
Lokulus works with major brands to create intelligent digital customer service solutions to drive customer experience improvements. The firm, which recently moved into the new Glasshouse tech hub at Alderley Park, believes their automation technology is more relevant than ever to businesses following the coronavirus pandemic due to the surge in ecommerce sales.
The £3 million investment in Lokulus’ future will go towards a dedicated innovation budget, product launch roadmap and recruitment drive which will increase headcount by 20%.
The business, known as Numero until a 2019 management buyout, is now planning the launch a a new product for small and medium enterprises.
Speaking about the Alderley Park tech firm’s future, CEO, Mark Chamberlain, said:
