Macclesfield based Synergy Recruitment, set up by a business partners Marie Williams-Spalding and Yasmin Bentley, is celebrating its first 12 months of success.
Mum of two Marie and 24 year-old Yasmin Bentley specialise in providing temporary, permanent and contract commercial office-based staff to SMEs across Cheshire and South Manchester.
With over 20 years’ recruitment experience between them, Yasmin and Marie left their secure, salaried jobs one year ago this week to set up Synergy to put people back at the heart of all decision making.
Marie explained:
“This means meeting with every client and candidate to ensure they fully understand what each side is looking for. We recognise that it is not just about matching a CV to a job spec, it’s about establishing what type of personality, attitude, disposition, and of course skillset, will suit the company, culture and team. Get that right and you ensure a better, long term fit.”
Since opening Synergy has placed 44 candidates in permanent jobs, received 27 five star Google reviews and had some amazing testimonials from candidates and clients.
Thea Heapy, Operations Director at leading firearms importer Edgar Brothers Ltd in Macclesfield, is one such client.
