Employment law and HR specialists from Cheshire law firm SAS Daniels will discuss rules around vaccines, Covid tests and PPE in the workplace in the latest SAS Live breakfast webinar.
The free 30-minute discussion takes place on Tuesday 6th July at 10am and is aimed at the region’s employers, HR professionals, business owners, self-employed and senior management. The webinar will also provide a review of recent employment law cases, firstly, regarding employees socialising whilst on sick leave and secondly, around an employee’s request to work from home.
The session will end with a discussion aimed at bringing clarity and dispelling the myths about vaccines, covid tests and PPE (masks) in the workplace. It will be hosted by SAS Daniels LLP Employment Law experts Jennifer Platt and Katie Hodson (pictured). Katie said:
“As employees begin to return to the office, many employers are dealing with a new set of challenges and this seminar aims to dispel the myths surrounding vaccines, testing and PPE. As we’ve seen over the past year, businesses have had to adapt to changing circumstances and this seminar will give the most up to date employment law guidance.”
Participants can ask questions anonymously, in advance of the session or on the day.
The SAS Live series launched last year, with previous sessions covering topics including redundancy and changing employment contracts.
